Katrina Kaif Is Not Playing Sonia Gandhi in movie Rajniti

Director Prakash Jha has put to rest the rumours about role of Katrina Kaif in the upcoming movie Rajniti based on the life of Sonia Gandhi. He says that there is nothing common between Kat's character and Congress president and alleges that people jumped to wrong conclusion themselves. He quoted the example of Jayalalitha, Mamta Bannerjeewho are politicians and also wear saris.

The movie has Katrina playng the role of a woman who jumps into politics after the death of her husband. The movie also stars Manoj Bajpai, Naseeruddin Shah, Ajay Devgan , Ranbir Kapoor , Nana Patekar , Arjun Rampal et al. Meanwhile, Prakash Jha is also considering making another political thriller with Big B.
