Priyamani is an Indian film actress and model who has acted in several Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam language films. She is best known for earning a National Film Award for Best Actress for her role in the 2006 Tamil film Paruthi Veeran. She is also the cousin of Bollywood actress Vidya Balan. Her some of the notable films were Yamadonga with Junior NTR, Malaikottai with Vishal and Thirakatha with Prithviraj. She had also done a bikini act for the Telugu film Drona. Her upcoming films are Ninaithale Inikkum with Prithviraj, which is the remake of Malayalam hit Classmates, Aarumugam with Bharath. She will be seen in Maniratnam's magnum opus Asokavanam and she is going to make her Kannada debut with the film Raam.
