Malles Manotaa Serviced Apartments Chennai Reviews
This is called apartments but functions as a hotel. It is clean and the price is good for Chennai. It's hard to say on the rating of the location - it is fairly close to bus terminals but Chennai is so big it depends on what you might want to be close to.
The staff is friendly and mostly helpful. We had to ask a couple times for a second towel but when we asked about hiring a car with a driver they told us it would be much cheaper to use the buses some of which have a/c or for some places to just go by tuk tuk. In doing this they saved us quite a bit of money. Their rooftop restaurant HYPE had a big menu with good food and nice city views.
We had one of the smaller rooms but they also offer ones with microwaves and refigerators.
